Sava was a small Dragon with Black and Green scales that people are scared of and she trys to be nice but they are still afred of her so she deals with it.

She was walking in taras on a nice night, she saw gaurds so she walked into a alley as the gaurds walked by as a smile played across her Dragon face, but she still stayed where she was she doesn't want people to see her she she stayed there waiting for the gaurds to go by, when they were gone she came out again and started to walk around again.

Her wings were at her sides so she wouldn't get attecked by the gaurds. after awhile she walked into a alley and layed down to rest awhile. She hated the smell, there was trash all around her, so she put one of her clawed foot on her snout and layed there with nothing to do.

Romanus was wandering the streets of Taras wondering what he should do this evening. The guards were patrolling, and he knew they would attempt to arrest him on sight. He sighed and turned down an alley.

He found himself behind a small dragon, with black and green scales. He looked around, then backed out of the alley and went up the street, turning at the corner. He saw two guards in front of him, just standing there. He shook his head, then turned and went around the long way.

He turned down the alley again, this time in front of the dragon. "Well hello there. Who might you be?" He was trying to be friendly to this dragon so it would not attack him, as he was not well equipped to fight a dragon.

"What, who's there." Sava said angry that some person came down the alley she was in. "Oh, Sorry that I yelled at you, not that many people try to talk to me." She said a bit happier, she got in a sitting position. "I am Sava." She said, she bowed her head. "And who are you then." She was looking at the man and was wondering why this man wanted to talk to a Dragon that lives nowhere and sleeps in alleys.

She smiled acting nice wasn't hard for her since she trys to be nice to alot to people but they act like she's a beast, but whoever calls her a beast she eats them, but no one has called her a beast for along time now.

"Oh, I want to ask something else, why are you out this late at night, don't you have a room at a tavern, or something." She said with her smile still on.

"Well, pleased to meet you Silva. I am Romanus." He bowed deeply to her, smiling as well. "And no I do not have a room at a tavern, I wouldn't be able to sleep on one of those lumps they call beds. I much rather walk around than stay there. And plus, they would not rent me a room if I asked, I am not very popular in these parts after all....."

He looked at the dragon, wondering why she was so nice. Most blkack dragons he had ever seen would attack a human on sight, but this one seemed friendly. He just decided not to worry and be glad he wasn't inside her stomach.

"Mmmm." Was all Sava could say. She was in deep thought wondering why he can't get a room but then she shaked her head and bowed her head again and looked at Romanus and still smiled and after awhile she looked away and the smile stayed on her face for a long time and then it left.

"Not many peole are popular around here anyways. So where do you come from Romanus, I myself was born in the wild and live in the wild now." She said her voice nice and comforting abit. Her smile was on again.

Romanus' smile faltered abit, but came back quickly. "I'm from a place called Rome. I left after some things happened, and have been in this world since then." He was beginning to sortof like this dragon, but he was still slightly on his guard. He had heard much about black dragons, and so far this one seemed not to fit any of the stories he had heard.

He looked up and down the street, thinking he had heard something, but the streets were empty. He frowned slightly, wondering if he was hearing things, but then just figured it had been an animal and turned back to Sava.

"Really." Sava smiled and looked the street to see what Romanus was doing but noticed that he wasn't looking at anything so she looked back at Romanus and still smiled. "So you come from a place called Rome and left since a few things happened and so on, will
I come from a place called Firefall, lots of dragons live there and like it there but I left to see the world and and the beauty of it and I like it so far." She said. Will I think I like it so far since I have not got into a fight, Sava thought in her head as she looked at Romanus.

"I want to ask something else if you don't mind but what things happened at Rome, if you don't want to tell me then you don't have too." She smiled and then her head shot out towards the street like she heard something the she looked back at Romanus when she noticed that she didn't see anything. "Stupid cats." She mumbled angerly to her self.

"I don't mind telling you at all. I killed some people, namely the Emperor. I thought I was dead, but somehow managed to escape to this land. But they followed me and now the guards wish to capture me." This time he definitely heard a noise, and looked quickly down the street, to see about six guards coming.

"Great, guards, just what I need...." The lead guard pointed at Romanus, not seeing Sava yet, and shouted to capture him alive at all costs. Romanus just smiled and drew his sword, waiting for them to attack first.

Sava nodded her head takeing in everything and saw what Romanus was looking at and then looked at him and saw the smile and saw him draw his blade and all Sava did was sigh the standed on all fours the on her two back legs and with her front feet she puted on Romanus's shoulders then her wings came out and she started to fly which it was sort of small in the alley that her wings nearly got the touched the walls but she fited and with Romanus in her grip she flyed to a tall building and landed and all the gaurds down there where trying to find Romanus and the dragon.

"I hope you don't mind that I got you away from there but it just sounded like you didn't want to fight gaurds." She smiled then said. "It will take a little bit till they find us again." And then she looked down from the building to the street.

He just shrugged his shoulders. "Just means there are six less deaths on my hands. I already have more than most, and of course one death stands out above them all." He smiled. "So, Sava, do you have a human form? I hear some dragons do, and if we want to wander unnoticed, you may need it." He looked over the edge of the building to see about twenty guards run down the streets, obviously looking for them. "The Hunt is on....."

Sava slowly changed in to her humen form. Her wings were getting smaller till there wasn't any wings anymore then her tail was smaller till there wasn't any and her head and long neck was slowly going to the boby and her scales disappeared and the body got smaller till it looked like a humen body and her dragon legs turned into long women legs and her head looked humen and after awhile she was done changing and she looked like a normel women except the eyes and hair whice the eyes were black with green specks and her hair was black with green strecks in it.

She looked thin like she hasn't eaten in a long time and her hair was a bit mesy and her eyes looked a bit comforting but there was a bit of manece too. She gracefully walked to stand next too Romanus and looked down to see the gaurds. She seemed really quiet for some reason. People have been hunting her down foe a hundred years but that was not way she was quiet, she was having a sort of a memory of her nightmare she had before Romanus waked her.

The nightmare She didn't see the gaurds all she saw were twenty demons running around and fire was all around her and she screamed in fear then there was nothing but Romanus looking at the gaurds.

Out of the nightmare she did scream when a arrow got her in the gut and she fell with a thud and her scream in fear and rage and it was like a ear percing noise that no humen could make. Her hands saked as she put her hands on the arrow and pulled it out and she tritched as she did so.

He looked at her for a moment when she stood next to him. She was very beautiful he thought to himself. But he shook those thoughts out of his head. It could not work. Suddenly an arrrow was in her. His eyes went wide with shock. "By the gods....." He knelt next to her. "This won't heal it all the way, but you'll live at least." I hope, he added to himself. He put his hands over the wound and closed his eyes. He murmured a few words and used his Heal spell.(you decide what the spell actually does, I don't wanna powerplay) He opened his eyes, breathing a little harder. "Well, that's all I can do. We may need to get you to the Healing Hall....." He just knelt there beside her, looking directly at her eyes, waiting for a response.

Her eyes were in her head but when Romanus healed her, her eyes open and a weak smile played across her face. "Thank you for healing me Romanus." She said. It felt weird when he healed her, it felt like lighting was going into her body and puting life into the wound but she shaked the thought away. She looked up at Romanus and saw that he was looking at her and looking at her strange eyes.

She tryed to sit up and do so but it hurt alot and she noticed that her hand was still around the arrow and her grip around it thightened and the it breaked and she looked a bit angry.

"Yes the healing hall could help me but if you remeber the gaurds are after us." She said and there was a bit of anger in her voice.

He nodded. "Yes I know, but I've been hiding in this city for a few months now. I know every secret way there is." He frowned slightly, thinking. "But you can't walk yet, your to weak......" He got up and looked around the roof until he found what he wanted, a trapdoor. "Well Sava, with your permission, I will have to carry you there. For you look to weak to walk, and I don't think we should stay up here after that scream of yours, every guard will be heading here." He put up the hood of his cloak, hiding most of his face, except for his mouth. "By the way, do not take offense or anything, but you look beautiful. Especially your eyes." He gave a genuine smile this time, then waited for her to respond to all he had said.

Sava blushed a bit but still looked at Romanus. "Really, well I don't think you know every way." She said with a weak smile. "And yes your right I am weak and you have my permission to carry me since I can't walk." She said. She looked at the sky it eas night out and it was nice it wasn't hot and it wasn't cold. She looked in front of her and saw red eyes stariing at her and she was suddenly shaking all over as the eyes looked like they were looking throw her and then she closed her eyes really fast and thight.

After awhile she opened her eyes and the eyes were gone and she know what happened it was her nightmares again and probably Romanus thinks she crazy like closing her eyes really tight since he didn't see the red eyes. She was still shaking as she looked back at Romanus. "So were going to the healing hall or somewhere to rest or what." She said a bit of fear in her voice.

He nodded, not having noticed the red eyes. He picked her up and went to the trapdoor. He opened it with his foot, and jumped down, landing lightly. He navigated through the building and to the street, then began taking back alleys, crossing the streets only when needed. Once they were almost spotted by the guards, but he ducked back in to the alley before they were seen. Eventtually they reached the Healing Hall, and he quickly took her inside and explained to the healers what happened, and they went to some healing room. He set her on a table like they asked, then stood back and watched.

Sava had her eyes closed as Romanus taked her to the healing hall and when they got there and when Romanus sat her down on the table then she opened her eyesbut there seemed to be pain in them that was why she didn't keep her eyes open. Her eyes looked back and forth like she had never been here and then a helaer came to heal the wound better.

And the healer did. The healer was a women and she put her hand on the wound then used a form of magic that heals the inside and when she was done she said. "Done and take it easy for a couple of days and just don't go and runnong around like a mad person." The healer said the asked for payment and Sava reached out a hand down to a pouch and brought out a couple coins and gave it to the healer.

Romanus smiled slightly and thanked the healer for healing Sava. He then turned to Sava and the smile faded slightly. "Feeling better now?" He looked around the room, feeling a little uneasy, but then shook it off. He was sure it was nothing, and if it was, it couldn't do much in here. So he hoped anyways.

Sava smiled feeling better and she sat there a bit before standing. She looked around the room. "Yes I am. We should leave this spot before gaurds come this way, and they knew they hit and I bet they will come this, they check healing spots when they know they hit someone." She said. Thoughts drifted to her ten years as a humen and then of Fios, she shaked her head getting the thought out, and before she could say anything the door to the healing hall broke down and gaurds entered.

Sava's eyes widened and her head turn towerds Romanus. She didn't wait for Romanus as she ran to a back room and found a door leading outside. She cursed for the pain that went through her body as she ran, the healer was right about taking it easy. She opened it looking out she saw no gaurds. She turned back turned back to Romanus then walked out hoping he was following.

He nodded when they said they should leave before the guards arrived. Then as if in response, guards came in. Sava took off running, and Romanus frowned. Normally he would stay and fight, but Sava would need protection if there were more guards outside. He cursed the guards, then ran out after Sava. He didn't look to see if they were following. He caught up to her outside.

"Well, I must say that is quite a bit of fun for one evening, wouldn't you?" He grinned slightly, looking around. "I suppose we should find somewhere for you to stay for the night. Perhaps the inn, but it may not be open this late." He stood there thinking of where she would be able to stay for the night.

"Indeed it is." Sava said smiling. She turned around then back at Romanus. "Inns stay open late." She said. "But which one since there are two, we can go to Bloodseal tavern, it should be a good one to hide from gaurds there, what do you think?" She asked Romanus. She heard the gaurds struggling to get them. She drewed her scimitar and went into the shadows.

"We should go soon," she said, "it won't be long till the gaurds come out of that building." She said hiding in the shadows. Holding her scimitar in a firm grip on it. She listened to the noise of gaurd shouting at the healer. Her smile grew wide with a bit of manece.

He followed her into the shadows, drawing his longsword. "Bloodseal would work, but it has a reputation for fights and the such. The question is, would you be fine in your current condition, able to defend yourself? For you couldn't become a dragon, then you would be attacked. It is your decision, though." He knew she would choose the Bloodseal, for it was safe from the guards, but some shady characters went there. Not that they weren't shady characters, but that was beside the point. He just decided to let her do what she wanted to do.

Sava's smile left her and she watched the gaurds come in veiw. "I'm fine. We better move." She whispered moving in the shadows through a alley. "Bloodseal tavern, Bloodseal tavern she whispered walking through the shadows. She didn't stop to see if Romanus was coming, she just kept walking.

She stoped and looked down a corner and saw gaurds going by. "How many times have I been at Bloodseal?" She mumbled to herself thinking a bit then turned to see if Romanus came. I was a knight once, she thought, what would I do if I were a gaurd still looking for someone who escaped, she thought in deeper thoughts.

Romanus was indeed following her, looking for any guards. "Bloodseal it is then...." He continued following until they reached a wide street they would have to cross. Unfortunately, it was being patrolled constantly by guards. They would have to be absolutely silent, and then time their crossing just right or else they would be seen and attacked. "Well, now isn't this going to be fun....." He looked at Sava. "Are you ready?" Without waiting for an answer, he looked back, saw the opening, and began to cross the street.
