Romanus walked through the cathedral, in all black, the hood of his black cloak up hiding his eyes. He was sneering at all the religious symbols that were around the cathedral, they were all for the 'good' gods and goddesses. He kicked a pew, and it shuddered, as if about to break. He just laughed and continued to walk up the aisle. He thought that the cathedral needed a good redecorating, praising the Goddess of Darkness instead of all the others.

He got up behind the pulpit and started mock preaching about the God of Day. "In today's lesson, we shall read of our most favorite god, Sargoth." He said this name with scorn. "Well, this god is of course 'righteous'. Righteous my foot. All that is righteous is the death of Sargoth. Then the greatest, Ranewen, will rule over Day." He laughed maliciously as he finished.

Zero was not aware of any beings within the Cathedral. He was in a room when he began to hear a voice echo through out the Cathedral. Zero remained seated on the floor as he drew out his Angelic blade from its sheath. He didnt like the sound of what was coming from the outside the room he was in. Zero's violet-purple eyes stared at the mirror in front of him where his reflection look back at him. And there as he sat he held his Angelic blade with both hands. His wings began to expand as they raised him several feet off the ground. He then made his way back on the wooden floors as his feet touched the ground calmly and quietly making sure that he wasnt heard by the man in the Cathedral.

Zero walked towards the door that stood slightly open. He pushed on the door as it creaked. With his blade ready he saw a figure standing wearing a cloak, hiding his face with the hood on his head. "You there!"Called out Zero. His violet-purple eyes now staring at the hooded figure."What are you doing here?"Zero expected an answer from this hooded figure, and showed no signs of fear.
However, if this was going to be some sort of fight, which Zero thought thats how it might have turned out, he was already alert.

He laughed again as he looked at this intruder. "Well well well, what have we here?" He laughed a third time as he heard the mans question. "Me? I am merely....preaching, to the glorious cathedral. Now, what are you doing here, is the better question." He smiled slightly as he drew his sword as well. He was prepared for a fight, if it came to one.

Zero watched the hooded figure laugh aloud. Zero wasnt sure why he thought there had been something funny at the moment. Zero paused, he didnt move, he didnt say anything, he stood there watching the man hiding his face behind the hood of his cloak. He noticed a few torches on the walls it gave him an idea just because it had been so dark inside. Zero let one hand go from his blade he was holding. Four little balls of fire now hovered over his palm and sent them flying to hit the tourches to give the place some light. This however, could have been a bad idea though, but it didnt occur to Zero that it was.

Zero swung his sword back and forth as he stood there watching the man now draw out his sword. Did this mean he wanted to fight Zero? "What Im doing here is none of your business! But from what I can tell your wanting a fight!"Zero caught the man smile, but still, Zero didnt find anything amusing nor funny.
Zero waited for the man to do anything first. He wasnt sure what was going to happen next, but something in him told him there was a high chance of a fight.

He just came from behind the pulpit, and walked slowly towards the man. "Well, a fight would be fun, but that is not why I came here. This cathedral needs redecorating, wouldn't you agree? Less Day and more Darkness.....heheh."
Romanus kicks one of the pews, and this time it crumbles to peices. He picks one up and looks at it for awhile. He then puts it back, and looks at the other, saying nothing.

"No its fine how it is!
You can leave now, or am I going to have to force you to leave? Its your choice."

Zero knew that this man wouldnt have turned around and left as he asked him to. And forcing him to leave the Cathedral and stop kicking things around would have turned out in a fight probably. It was all he could think of. There was no other alternative. Zero looked at Romanus, he wondered why he didnt reveal himself, but he guessed it really didnt matter. Zero hoped that he wouldnt have to kill someone, killing wasnt his thing. But he could kill him now if he wanted to. He was standing in front of him and Zero had his blade with him.

Romanus just started laughing at this statement. "Force me?" He continued to laugh. "You can try." He suddenly stopped laughing, and held his sword at the ready. "Your move, scum." He sneered and waited patiently for the other to make the first move, knowing it could decide the battle. The first move was generally the most important in a battle.

"Fine!"

Zero kicked himself backwards and now a few inches off the ground, his wings carried him as he sped backwards. Zero shot out a hand in front of him and a rush of fire left from the palm of his hand, now leading off towards the man in front of him. Zero now got back to his feet being on the wooded floor. He held his Angelic blade now ready make an attack on his target. He watched the fire that left his hand making its way to Romanus and Zero charged at him with his Angelic blade behind him. He made sure his oppenent could see him charging at him. It gave Zero an idea.

Romanus just barely dodges all four fireballs, waiting to long on purpose. He was going to make this opponent thing he had slow reflexes. He then rolls away from the sword, slashing out with his own as Zero went past, hoping to score a hit on the back of his knees, which would of course leave him unable to walk.

Zero saw Romanus avoid both of his attacks. With a blink of an eye, Zero disappeared from Romanus's view, preventing himself from getting hurt when Romanus attempted to take out the back of Zero's knees.
Zero then appeared from behind Romanus and making an attempt knock him over by attacking him with the hilt of Zero's sword.

Romanus sees it just in time and moves off, but still gets hit in his left shoulder. "Mmmmf......heheh, my turn." Romanus looked around and picked up a long metal bar the size of his longsword. He then swung at Zero's head with the bar, going for his chest with the sword at the same time, the two weapons coming in from either side of Zero.

Zero had seen Romanus charging at him now with two weapons in his hand. He knew there was one way to prevent himself from being knocked out by the steel bar that came towards his head and the long sword just about to stab him in the chest. Though it would have been difficult for Zero to pull this off, he tried anyway. Before Romanus had touched him with any of his weapons, Zero shot out his arm before him. A sheild appeared to now protect Zero from getting hurt and possibly knocking out the weapons Romanus had in his hands, depending on the how firm his grip was. Zero then began to walk forth a step or two.

"I asked you to leave! Hurting me will be hard for you to come by. You are just wasting your time trying hurt me."

Romanus just laughed. "Hurt you? No, I am merely gauging your strengths and weaknesses, for a later date. Just remember this, the Anarchy Prophet is here." He loved Anarchy, and believed it his sole duty to spread it to the world. He continued to laugh as he dropped the bar and sheathed his sword. His hood had somehow managed to stay up. "Remember me, Romanus, the Anarchy Prophet." He left shrieking with mad laughter.

Well Zero didnt expect that it was going to be this easy. Perhaps he had his own reasons to withdraw from this fight. But Zero really thought this guy was insane claiming to spread that around. It could have gotten him in trouble in some places to be known around. Zero dropped his gaurd and just stared at the man insanely.

"Has he gone mad?" Zero thought to himself. None of it really mattered anymore as the man was now leaving and giving up so easily. But he was glad to stop the trouble that he had come by. Of course he hoped he had not run into him in the future. He didnt need to see some crazy yahoo spreading around nonsense like he had just spoke.
Zero's wings raised him off the ground several feet watching the man leave now.
And soon Zero would have left the Cathedral as well.
He thought about heading out to the Norwood forest or maybe even visit Kellen again.

It was getting dark, he would have to leave now and make there at midnight.
