As Azrail walked slowly into the city he tried his best to hide the wound given to him by the dragon but was unable to cover most of it. Many of the people stared at him as he entered, wondering why he had come in from the back and not from the entrance. Only a few saw his wound, even though he did a bad job of covering it.

After searching for some time he finally found a healer within the city. He entered the building and showed the man his wound. Without saying a word the healer placed his hand over the wound and began to heal him. When the man was done he looked at Azrail and said "Now we just need to talk about my pay." He was just about to tell Azrail what the price was but before he could say anything Azrail enterupted and said "Your pay? Olk man, you seem to misunderstand. You are the one who shall pay me."

The healer who was now turned away getting out a small bag of money he had stached away began to turn around. But before he ever took a look at Azrail he was lying dead floor. Azrail left the body there making not even the slightest attempt to hide it. Even the money was left lying on the ground.

After leaving the small house he searched the city a little longer and saw a bar a little to the left of him. "I wonder if I can get a drink there?" he thought as he entered. As entered the doors he walked over to the table and asked the bartender for a drink. The, tavern was almost empty except for a few people who seemed to live there and one or two heavy drinkers.

Parisa wandered throught the streets, quite unfamiliar with the town. It was shrowded in darkness, just like all the rumors from her old home had said. They always told her to stay away from places like these, but she was banished, so she could go as she pleased. She spotted a tavern not far off and decided to go in for a rest, possibly for directions to...well, anywhere. She then saw a man enter the tavern ahead of her.

It had only been a few years since she'd been banished and it had taken her as long to find Imythess. The wonders of its beauty had stretched far and wide, but also had its darknesses. It was those places she sought. Places like this. It certainly helped that she was shifty, despite her innocent elegence; most people tended to think she was weak because she appeared so frail, yet they realized soon enough she wasnt.

As she walked through the door, she noticed only a few people in the bar, most of them not even close to sober. Yet she did see the one man sitting at his own table, the one she had seen enter earlier. She sat at a table nearby, carefully arranging her wings so they wouldn't be crushed. Indeed, sometimes she wished she wasn't Avariel. She ordered a small glass of liquor from the bartender and settled down into her chair.
